. Install vsce
You should install the vsce tool globally or use it via npx.
npm install -g @vscode/vsce

 Build and Package
Open your terminal, navigate to the ide-extension directory, and run the packaging command.

Note: The vsce tool will automatically run the vscode:prepublish script defined in your package.json, which executes npm run build to ensure your TypeScript is compiled into the out folder before packaging.

Run this command inside c:\Users\HP\Documents\software\framework\ide-extension\:

vsce package

# Navigate to the extension folder
cd c:\Users\HP\Documents\software\framework\ide-extension

# If you have a compile script in package.json
npm run compile

# Or run tsc directly if you have it installed globally/locally
